Public member means an individual who is not, and never
Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.
Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.
Founding Members means those public school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental units that are signatories to the Joint Powers Agreement and have a voting member serving on the JPA's Board of Directors.
New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)
Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).
Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.
Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.
Unitholders means the holders of Units.
Members means all such Persons.
Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.
Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.
Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.
General Member means a member subject to the provisions of
Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.
Public Stockholders means the holders of shares of Common Stock sold as part of the Units in the Offering or acquired in the aftermarket, including the Sponsor (as defined below) to the extent it acquires such shares of Common Stock in the aftermarket (and solely with respect to such shares of Common Stock). “Business Day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in The City of New York are authorized or required by law to remain closed; provided, however, for clarification, commercial banks shall not be deemed to be authorized or required by law to remain closed due to “stay at home”, “shelter-in-place”, “non-essential employee” or any other similar orders or restrictions or the closure of any physical branch locations at the direction of any governmental authority so long as the electronic funds transfer systems (including for wire transfers) of commercial banks in The City of New York are generally are open for use by customers on such day.
Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.
public units means the state or a political subdivision or instrumentality of the state including a county, school corporation, special district, drainage district, unincorporated town or township, municipality, or municipal corporation or any agency, board, or commission of the state or a political subdivision; any court or public body; an electric power agency; federal and state grant moneys of a quasi-public state entity under Iowa Code section 12C.1, subsection (2e), and this chapter. Public units additionally include, but are not limited to:
Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.
Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.
Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
Structural member means any load-supporting member of a facility, such as beams and load-supporting walls, or any nonload-supporting member, such as ceilings and nonload-supporting walls.
Investor Members mean those Persons who acquire Interests in the Initial Offering or Subsequent Offering and their successors and assigns admitted as Additional Economic Members.
Limited Partners means all such Persons.
Household members means those persons who reside in the same home, who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another. This term shall include xxxxxx children and legal wards even if they do not live in the household. The term does not include persons sharing the same general house, when the living style is primarily that of a dormitory or commune;
