Publisher Properties definition

Publisher Properties means the websites, mobile applications and/or other digital media properties owned or operated by the Publisher or its publisher clients, on which the Services are deployed.
Publisher Properties means web sites, applications and other advertising inventory of Publishers accessible through the Services. (g) “Subcontractor” means, with respect to a party, a subcontractor, consultant, third-party service provider or agent engaged by such party in connection with its use or provision of Services, which is permitted under this Agreement. (h) “Visitor” means an individual visitor to a Publisher Property.
Publisher Properties or "your Properties" means your website or other presence (including, without limitation, mobile applications, forums and apps) owned, operated, used, or distributed by and preapproved by Best Buy to link to one or more Best Buy Authorized Properties. Publisher Properties will only include your email marketing or presences on any Social Communities if written permission has been obtained from Best Buy in accordance with Section 2.e.

Examples of Publisher Properties in a sentence

  • With respect to the Publisher Properties and Publisher Instant Games, Publisher will integrate the applicable FB Tools provided by FB in connection with the Audience Network Service as soon as reasonably practicable.

More Definitions of Publisher Properties

Publisher Properties means any and all of the Publisher’s websites, software applications, platforms, or other internet properties, as well as those owned or operated by Publisher’s third-party advertisers, publishers, or affiliates, in connection with which Publisher utilizes Company’s Services.
Publisher Properties or "your Properties" means your website or other presence (including, without limitation, mobile applications, email marketing, forums, apps, social media sites video, and software) owned, operated, used, or distributed by and pre-approved by Jampaq to link to one or more Jampaq Authorized Properties.
Publisher Properties. (or “Properties”) means Publisher’s owned, exploited or licensed websites on which Services are provided as such Properties are listed in a PA Commercial Agreement and or added to the Properties listed through mutual agreement (an email to suffice).
Publisher Properties means those websites, mobile sites, or applications owned and/or operated by Client, or for which Client has the authority to sell Advertising Inventory or otherwise use the Index Exchange EB Services, mutually agreed to by Client and Acceleration in writing (email to suffice) for integration with the Index Exchange Platform and Google Publisher Products in accordance with section 8.3.2 (Google Publisher Products);
Publisher Properties means Publisher’s website located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, mobile applications and other properties that are specified on an IO and that are owned, operated, or controlled by Publisher.
Publisher Properties means Publisher’s owned, exploited or licensed websites on which Services are provided as such Properties are listed in a PA Commercial Agreement and via which Personal Data used in connection with the Services are collected.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Retail Property means a Property improved with a building or buildings the substantial use of which is retail space, which may include a Property that is part of a Mixed-Use Property.

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.
