Consideration Options definition

Consideration Options means 700,000 share purchase options of the Purchaser issuable to the Vendors pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, each of which entitles the holder to acquire an additional Purchaser Share at a price of $0.30 for a period of sixty (60) months following the Closing Date.
Consideration Options means the 2,760,000 options to purchase Common Shares in the capital of the Purchaser at a price of $0.05 per share to be issued to the holders of the Purchased Options, as set forth on Schedule “B” to this Agreement;

  • Compensation Options has the meaning ascribed thereto on the face page of this Agreement;

  • Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.

  • Option Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Remaining Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.

  • Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);
