Put Bonds definition

Put Bonds means Bonds that by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Holder thereof for payment prior to the stated maturity thereof.
Put Bonds means bonds, other than Variable Rate Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the holders thereof for payment prior to the stated maturity thereof.

Examples of Put Bonds in a sentence

  • To the extent any Permitted Debt consists of Put Bonds, the Borrower must maintain a Credit Facility that will pay any amounts payable by the Borrower in respect of such Put Bonds.

  • Except with respect to Indexed Term Put Bonds, if the day for any payment due under this Loan Agreement is not a Business Day, then such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest and with the same force and effect as if made on the specified date for payment.

  • The City may pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture appoint one or more Remarketing Agents from time to time to purchase or remarket Put Bonds.

  • With respect to Indexed Term Put Bonds, if the day for any payment due under this Loan Agreement is not a Business Day, then such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with additional interest and with the same force and effect as if made on the specified date for payment.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, with respect to Indexed Term Put Bonds, the Bond Trustee may waive an event of default hereunder only with the prior written consent of the Purchaser in it sole and absolute discretion.

Put Bonds means Permitted Debt which by its terms may be tendered by and at the option of the holder thereof for payment prior to the stated maturity or redemption date thereof either (a) by the Issuer or the Borrower and by the Person and/or from the source specified in a Supplemental Resolution or (b) without recourse to the Issuer or the Borrower, by the Person and/or from the source specified in a Supplemental Resolution; provided, however, that such payment by the Issuer or the Borrower shall in any event be required to be supported by a Credit Facility.
Put Bonds means Bonds which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the registered owner thereof for payment or purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.
Put Bonds means all Bonds which, in accordance with this Indenture (including any Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds), may be tendered for payment or purchase by or on behalf of the Authority prior to the stated maturities thereof.
