Qualifying Programme definition

Qualifying Programme means a Programme made for the purpose of Authorised Exploitation and where such Programme has already been broadcast or transmitted (or scheduled for broadcast or transmission) within the United Kingdom. For the avoidance of doubt, only full-length Programmes shall be deemed to be Qualifying Programmes and no clips or extracts of such Programmes shall be deemed to be Qualifying Programmes under this Agreement.
Qualifying Programme shall have the meaning set out in clause 3.
Qualifying Programme means a relevant programme in relation to which the conditions for television tax relief are met (see 1216C(2)).

More Definitions of Qualifying Programme

Qualifying Programme means a Programme made for the purpose of Authorised Exploitation.

Related to Qualifying Programme

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges or an indication of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), or an equivalent clinical trial in a country in the Territory other than the United States.

  • Pivotal Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product that (a) would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c) or corresponding foreign regulations; or (b) that is intended to provide sufficient efficacy data to support the Filing of a BLA for such Licensed Product in such country. A Pivotal Clinical Trial includes a Phase 2 Clinical Trial or Phase 3 Clinical Trial that satisfies the foregoing definition.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in normal volunteers or patients to generate information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, or otherwise consistent with the requirements of U.S. 21 C.F.R. §312.21(a) or its foreign equivalents.
