Quarterly Rate Period definition

Quarterly Rate Period means each period during a Quarterly Rate Mode from and commencing on the first Business Day of a calendar month to but not including the first Business Day of the third succeeding calendar month, provided that the first Quarterly Rate Period in any Quarterly Rate Mode shall be the period commencing on the effective date of such Quarterly Rate Mode to but not including the first Business Day of the third succeeding calendar month thereafter..
Quarterly Rate Period means the period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Quarterly Rate.
Quarterly Rate Period means each period during which a Bond bears interest at a Quarterly Rate.

  • During Flexible Rate Periods or any Taxable, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly Rate Period, the principal or redemption price of the Bonds shall be payable in immediately available funds.

More Definitions of Quarterly Rate Period

Quarterly Rate Period means the period beginning on the day following the end of the last period of the preceding interest rate mode and extending to, but not including, the first Business Day of the third calendar month after the calendar month in which such period commenced.
Quarterly Rate Period means each Rate Period during which a Bond bears interest at a Quarterly Rate pursuant to Section 3.2(e) hereof.
