Quarterly Transaction Report definition

Quarterly Transaction Report means the written or electronic report prepared by all Access Persons within 30 days of each quarter end. The Quarterly Transaction Report lists all securities transactions which occurred during the previous quarter and must be completed and delivered to Investments Compliance whether or not there were reportable transactions for the quarter.
Quarterly Transaction Report has the meaning set out in Section 4.1 of the Transaction Management Agreement.
Quarterly Transaction Report means a report filed by all Access Persons within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter listing all Covered Security Transactions during the quarter just ended and providing required information on all new Broker/Bank custody accounts established during said quarter. Examples of Quarterly Transaction Report in a sentence

  • All Covered Persons must submit a Quarterly Transaction Report regardless of whether they executed transactions during the quarter or not.

  • No later than 15 days after the end of March, June, September, and December each year, you must file with the Compliance Officer a Quarterly Transaction Report.
