RA Work Plan definition

RA Work Plan means the Phase 2B Work Plan for 2017/2018 and Beyond Remedial Actions for OUs 2-5 as approved by the Response Agencies, including any updates and alterations to the 100% Design made in the approved RA Work Plan.
RA Work Plan means the document developed pursuant to ¶ (Remedial Action) and approved by EPA, and any modifications thereto.

  • Both versions of the RA Work Plan shall schedule the completion of all remaining dredging, capping, and sand covering work by no later than December 15, 2018.

  • The RA Work Plan will incorporate, by reference, pertinent aspects of the RD Work Plan.

  • The RA Work Plan shall identify, and establish target dates for submittal of, RA secondary documents.

  • The RA Work Plan for Phase 1 Facility Site Work Construction may incorporate by reference those elements listed above which were provided in the Phase 1 Final Design Report.

  • In addition, NCR shall prepare and submit an Updated RA Work Plan for 2017/2018 and Beyond for approval by the response Agencies.

  • The Notice of Award will authorize the contractor(s) to assist GE in developing planning documents, including the RA Work Plan for Phase 1 Facility Site Work Construction.Issuance of Notice to Proceed Following issuance of the Notice of Award to the selected facility site work contractor(s), GE will enter into contract(s) with the selected contractor(s).

  • Record drawings for permanent facilities shall be submitted to EPA after completion of processing equipment installation and remaining site work, in accordance with the schedule provided in the RA Work Plan for Phase 1 Processing Equipment Installation.

Related to RA Work Plan

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.
