Rail Cars definition

Rail Cars means any railroad cars, including without limitation general service tank cars, pressure tank cars and specialized freight cars, and all ancillary components and equipment for such railroad cars.
Rail Cars. Those certain railroad tank cars owned or leased by Sterling or BASF for the Initial Term and Additional Term, if any, as provided on Exhibit L.
