Load Customer definition

Load Customer means a person that is interconnected to EDTI’s electric distribution system for the purpose of purchasing electricity for the person’s own use;
Load Customer means a customer who owns or operates a facility other than a generation facility or a transmission system;
Load Customer means a Customer that is an Embedded Market Participant or a customer that Horizon Utilities requires a connection agreement with as a condition of the Customer‟s connection (but excluding Customers that have generation facilities);
