Certificate of Readiness definition

Certificate of Readiness. The certificate to be issued by the Engineer to the Seller and the Purchaser under Section 8.1 stating, in relation to the Complex, that the Complex is, in the professional opinion of the Engineer, ready for the Commissioning Tests to be carried out and that the Complex is in a condition that it will successfully complete the Commissioning Tests.
Certificate of Readiness means a certificate issued to a local government or local economic development official for a site that is determined to be ready for development or redevelopment based on criteria set forth in rule 261—77.13(15E).
Certificate of Readiness means a Certificate of Readiness to Send Electronic Messages via the Service Bureau in the form set out in Appendix 2 to these Rules.

Examples of Certificate of Readiness in a sentence

  • Submit the Certificate of Readiness for each system no later than 14 calendar days prior to Functional Performance Tests of that system.

  • Do not schedule Functional Performance Tests for a system until the Certificate of Readiness for that system receives approval by the Government.

Related to Certificate of Readiness

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • certificate of registration means registration with the CPSBC that allows the Participant to practice medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;

  • the Secretary of State means the Secretary of State for Education;

  • Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
