Certificate of Readiness definition

Certificate of Readiness means a certificate issued to a local government or local economic development official for a site that is determined to be ready for development or redevelopment based on criteria set forth in rule 261—77.13(15E).

Certificate of Readiness. The certificate to be issued by the Engineer to the Company and the Power Purchaser under Section 8.1 stating, in relation to the Complex, that the Complex is, in the professional opinion of the Engineer, ready for the Commissioning Tests to be carried out and that the Complex is in a condition that it will successfully complete the Commissioning Tests.

Examples of Certificate of Readiness in a sentence

  • Once the Company is satisfied that the Complex is capable of continued reliable operation, the Company shall request the Engineer to issue the Certificate of Readiness.

Related to Certificate of Readiness

  • Notice of Readiness means a valid notice of readiness served by the owner of the Nominated Vessel pursuant to the Vessel Charter party stating, amongst other things, that the Nominated Vessel is ready to load in all respects (including physically and legally).

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Certificate of Acceptance means written certification, delivered to Contractor and signed by an authorized representative of the State, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation and testing have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Requirements.

  • Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Certificate of Award means the certificate authorized by Section 6(a), to be signed by the Fiscal Officer, setting forth and determining those terms or other matters pertaining to the Bonds and their issuance, sale and delivery as this Ordinance requires or authorizes to be set forth or determined therein.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;
