Ramp Up Time definition

Ramp Up Time means the duration (measured in minutes) the flexibility asset (or pool of flexibility assets) take(s) to change output from normal operating output (demand or generation) to instructed output at the start of service delivery
Ramp Up Time means the period of time reasonably anticipated by the Generator, acting in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, to ramp the Facility up (including the reasonable period of downtime required prior to the restart of the Facility and the period in paragraph (B) of the definition of “Ramp Up Delay Timein this Clause 1.1), provided that the time at which the Generator shall reasonably anticipate such Ramp Up Time shall be as soon as reasonably practicable after the Generator is or becomes aware that the Facility (or part thereof) is or will no longer be Curtailed;
Ramp Up Time means the period of time (in minutes) between the issue of the API Start Instruction and the Event start time, during which the Provider should reach the instructed level of Service Response;

Examples of Ramp Up Time in a sentence

  • Provider Ramp Up Time Ramp up time will not be included and Utilisation payments will be subject to the settlement rules set out in Schedule 2.
