RCRA Trusts definition

RCRA Trusts means the two trust accounts that hold approximately $36.6 million in Cash to provide financial assurance to the EPA related to Hovensa’s performance of certain obligations related to (a) closure of a hazardous waste management unit at the refinery and (b) the remediation and monitoring of soil and groundwater contamination and solid waste management units and areas of concern associated with its historic operations.

RCRA Trusts means the two trust accounts that hold approximately $36.6million in Cash to provide financial assurance to the EPA related to the Debtor’s performance of certain environmental obligations: (1) the Hovensa Trust AgreementForm A, dated as of March 22, 2013 by and between Hovensa, L.L.C., as grantor, and Citibank, N.A., as Trustee; and(2) the Hovensa Trust Agreement – Form C, dated as of March 22, 2013, by and between Hovensa, L.L.C., as grantor, and Citibank, N.A., as Trustee.

  • Trusts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Class B Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-1B thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-1B and the issuance of the Class B Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Sub-Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b) of the Titling Trust Agreement.

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.

  • Litigation Trust Agreement means the trust agreement dated as of the Plan Implementation Date, between SFC and the Litigation Trustee, establishing the Litigation Trust.

  • Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.

  • Vehicle Trust Agreement means that certain amended and restated trust agreement, dated as of September 27, 1996, as further amended as of May 25, 2000 and December 1, 2006 between BMW Manufacturing L.P., as grantor and initial beneficiary, and BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware, formerly known as The Bank of New York (Delaware), as trustee.

  • Pass Through Trusts means all of such Pass Through Trusts. Pass Through Trustee. First Security Bank, National Association, a national banking association, in its capacity as Pass Through Trustee under the Pass Through Agreement and each Pass Through Trust.

  • Plan Trust means the trust governed by the Plan.

  • SUBI Trust Agreement means the Vehicle Trust Agreement as supplemented by that certain supplement, dated as of April 16, 2014, among the parties to the Vehicle Trust Agreement, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Liquidation Trust Agreement means the Liquidation Trust Agreement to be dated as of the Effective Date establishing the terms and conditions of the Liquidation Trust, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Class A Trust Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Initial Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement means the Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated October 3, 2012, between Owner and Pass Through Trustee, but does not include any Trust Supplement.

  • Trustee Agreement means the trustee agreement entered into on or before the First Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Trustee, or any replacement trustee agreement entered into after the First Issue Date between the Issuer and a trustee, regarding, inter alia, the remuneration payable to the Trustee or a replacement trustee.

  • Class B Trust Class B Trustee", "Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
