Real Property Acquisition definition

Real Property Acquisition means (whether by purchase, exchange, issuance of capital stock, limited partnership interests, general partnership interests or other equity or debt securities, merger, reorganization or any other method), the acquisition by EnergySolutions or any of the Subsidiaries of any interest in real property, whether done and made individually or as part of a transaction including assets or property other than real property.
Real Property Acquisition means, as applicable, (a) the acquisition from G-2, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, of the real property and improvements with a street address of 2572—0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Goshen, Indiana; (b) the acquisition from G-2, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, of the real property and improvements with a street address of 0000 Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx; and (c) the acquisition from BFG2011 Limited Liability Company, a New Jersey limited liability company, of the real property and improvements with a street address of 22135—00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.
Real Property Acquisition means the acquisition on the Closing Date by Xxxxxxxx, in fee simple, of 6.93 acres of land located as 000 X. Xxxxxx Avenue, Durham, North Carolina, together with all improvements, fixtures, equipment and personal; property located thereon.

Real Property Acquisition. Means real property obtained either through discretionary acts or when acquired by law, whether by way of condemnation, donation, escheat, right-of-entry, escrow, exchange, lapses, purchase, or transfer and that will be under the jurisdiction or control of the United States for any period of time, however short.

  • Real Property Assets means, as of any time, the real property assets (including interests in participating mortgages in which the Borrower’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by the Borrower, EQR and the Consolidated Subsidiaries of either or both at such time.

  • Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Lenders.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

For purposes of this chapter, a prospective transaction does not exist until a written offer has been signed by at least one of the parties.
