Real Property Ads definition

Real Property Ads means graphical, pictorial, and/or textual electronic displays relating to the sale or lease of real estate.
Real Property Ads means graphical, pictorial and/or textual electronic displays relating to the sale, lease or rental of Real Property that meet the requirements of Section 5.3. "REALTOR(R) Intranet" shall mean a NAR sponsored network by which access is gained to, and containing, information accessible only to members of NAR and other Persons expressly permitted access by NAR. It is understood that such network shall not be accessible to or by members of the general public.

  • The objectives of such determination shall be, among other things, to create reasonable incentives to Data Content Providers to furnish real property information to Operator, to promote actively the Domain Site to such Data Content Providers' respective local communities, and to assist Operator in selling Enhanced Real Property Ads, home pages and related services to REALTORS(R).

  • Such home page shall provide a visual and electronic link to (i) the System, including Real Property Ads, (ii) NAR's externally-accessible databases (i.e., information that is intended to be accessible to, and accessed by, the general public), (iii) NAR's internally-accessible databases (i.e., the REALTOR(R) Intranet and other information that is intended to be accessible to, and accessed by, a restricted group) and (iv) such information as Operator and RIN shall agree from time to time.

  • Except as provided in the next sentence, Advertising on other Real Property Ads screens (i.e., screens that do not display a single property) shall not be so restricted.

Related to Real Property Ads

  • Real Property Assets means as to any Person as of any time, the real property assets (including, without limitation, interests in participating mortgages in which such Person’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by such Person at such time.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

The term "real property tax" shall also include any tax, fee, levy, assessment or charge (i) in substitution of, partially or totally, any tax, fee, levy, assessment or charge hereinabove included within the definition of "real property tax," or (ii) the nature of which was hereinbefore included within the definition of "real property tax," or (iii) which is imposed for a service or right not charged prior to June 1, 1978, or, if previously charged, has been increased since June 1, 1978, or (iv) which is imposed as a result of a transfer, either partial or total, of Lessor's interest in the Premises or which is added to a tax or charge hereinbefore included within the definition of real property tax by reason of such transfer, or (v) which is imposed by reason of this transaction, any modifications or changes hereto, or any transfers hereof.

  • Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Transferred Real Property means (a) the Transferred Owned Real Property and (b) the premises that is subject to the Transferred Real Property Leases.

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Real Property Documents means any material contract or agreement constituting or creating an estate or interest in any portion of the Site, including, without limitation, the Lease Agreements and the Subleases.

  • Real Property Laws as defined in Section 3.1.18(f).

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

  • Permitted Real Property Encumbrances means (i) those liens, encumbrances and other matters affecting title to any Mortgaged Property listed in the applicable title policy in respect thereof (or any update thereto) and found, on the date of delivery of such title policy to the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms hereof, reasonably acceptable by the Administrative Agent, (ii) as to any particular real property at any time, such easements, encroachments, covenants, restrictions, rights of way, minor defects, irregularities or encumbrances on title which do not, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent, materially impair such real property for the purpose for which it is held by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, thereof, or the Lien held by the Administrative Agent, (iii) municipal and zoning laws, regulations, codes and ordinances, which are not violated in any material respect by the existing improvements and the present use made by the mortgagor or owner, as the case may be, of such real property, (iv) general real estate taxes and assessments not yet delinquent, and (v) such other items as the Administrative Agent may consent to.

  • Horizontal property regime means the form of real property

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.
