Reception Point means the location identified in the Method Statement at which Mixed Dry Recyclables is to be delivered to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Authority, and which may be either the Facility or a Waste Transfer Station and the locations shall be agreed at the commencement of the Service but which shall in any event be:
