Recovered material means waste materials and by-products recovered or diverted from solid waste, but the term does not include those materials and by-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original manufacturing process.
Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.
Recovered Costs means any amounts referred to in clauses (d) and/or (e) of the definition of “Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price” that, at the time of determination, had been previously paid or reimbursed to any Servicer from sources other than collections on or in respect of the Mortgage Loan or the Mortgaged Property (including, without limitation, from collections on or in respect of loans other than the Mortgage Loan).
Available resources means funds appropriated for the
Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;
Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.
SpinCo Indemnitees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
Salvage means the controlled removal of materials from a covered project, for the purpose of reuse or storage for later reuse;
Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or taken specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party, as of the Closing Date, at any time during the Restricted Period and as of the relevant time of determination.
Petroleum liquids means crude oil, condensate, and any finished or intermediate products manufactured or extracted in a petroleum refinery.
Company Indemnitees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02.
Used oil means any oil that has been refined from crude oil, or any synthetic oil, that has been used and as a result of such use is contaminated by physical or chemical impurities.

Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day.
Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.
Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:
Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;
unintended recipient means the recipient of funds as a result of a mistaken internet payment
DED-OESE means the DED office of elementary and secondary education.
Demurrage as herein used means all charges associated with the disposition of Crude Oil, including all damages borne or incurred by Carrier as a result of such disposition.
Probable Reserves under SEC Industry Guide 7 means reserves for which quantity and grade and/or quality are computed from information similar to that used for proven reserves, but the sites for inspection, sampling and measurement are farther apart or are otherwise less adequately spaced. The degree of assurance, although lower than that for proven reserves, is high enough to assume continuity between points of observation.

Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.
Salvage value means the amount received for property retired, less any expenses incurred in connection with the sale or in preparing the property for sale, or, if retained, the amount at which the material recoverable is chargeable to materials and supplies, or other appropriate account.
Imbalance means the difference between Deliveries to KUB for a Customer and Redeliveries by KUB to the Customer.
