Recreation Site definition

Recreation Site means a “recreation site” as defined in the Forest and Range Practices Act;
Recreation Site means a marked and designated, general camping or activity area as designated by the Deschutes River Scenic Waterway Managers, or a public agency or political subdivision of the state. A recreation site shall generally contain individual campsites or a day use area.
Recreation Site means a recreation site established under section 6 of this Act or designated under the Forest Act before the coming into force of this Act;
