Recycling Facilities definition

Recycling Facilities means the Recycling Facility and all Recycling Transfer Stations of the System.
Recycling Facilities means any facilities and equipment intended to store and/or treat Produced Water (and/or blend Produced Water with Fresh Water) for the purpose of making such Produced Water or blended water available to customers for use or reuse, including ponds, pipelines, aeration and/or chemical treating facilities and related infrastructure, as applicable.
Recycling Facilities means those facilities or operations that receive, process, and transfer to market recyclable materials that have been source separated from the solid waste stream.

More Definitions of Recycling Facilities

Recycling Facilities means facilities where recyclable materials are separated or processed for the purpose of reusing a material in its original form or using it in a manufacturing process that will not cause the destruction of the recyclable material to preclude its further use. A facility that produces insulation from used glass would qualify as a recycling facility under this rule, while a facility that separates or processes recyclable materials for use as fuel would not qualify as a recycling facility under this rule.

Recycling Facilities means facilities for the recovery, storage and shipping of discarded materials.
