Redemption Threshold Amount definition

Redemption Threshold Amount means the aggregate of all amounts which would be due and payable on redemption of the Notes on the scheduled Redemption Date pursuant to Condition 3(c) (Priorities of Payment) which rank in priority to payments in respect of the Class F Subordinated Notes in accordance with the Priorities of Payment (taking into account any termination payments payable under any Hedge Transaction upon termination thereof in such circumstances).
Redemption Threshold Amount means the aggregate of the amounts which would be due and payable on the redemption of the Notes on the scheduled Redemption Date and all other amounts which, pursuant to Condition 11 (Enforcement), rank in priority to payments in respect of the Class E Notes in accordance with the Priorities of Payment (including any amounts payable by the Issuer on termination or liquidation of the Hedge Agreements, net of any amounts received by the Issuer on termination or liquidation of such agreements on the basis that such Hedge Agreements are terminated with payments thereon being payable on the scheduled Redemption Date).
Redemption Threshold Amount means the aggregate of all amounts which would be due and payable on redemption of the Notes on the scheduled Redemption Date (to the extent such amounts are ascertainable by the Transaction Administrator (in consultation with the Collateral Manager) or have been provided to the Transaction Administrator by the relevant Secured Party) which rank in priority to payments in respect of the Preference Shares in accordance with the Post-Acceleration Priority of Payments.
