Redemptions definition

Redemptions shall include redemptions of shares of Funds that are open-end management investment companies and repurchases of shares of Funds that are closed-end investment companies by the Fund that is the issuer of such shares. FTDI will notify Bank from time to time of the Funds which are eligible for distribution and the terms of compensation under this Agreement. This Agreement is not exclusive, and either party may enter into similar agreements with third parties.
