Reference Tariff Schedule definition

Reference Tariff Schedule means the schedule attached to QR Network’s Access Undertaking which includes the Reference Tariffs and the details of the application of the Reference Tariffs for a particular Reference Train Service;
Reference Tariff Schedule means the Port of Melbourne Reference Tariff Schedule, as amended from time to time and published on Port of Melbourne’s website, which sets out details of pricing for port charges, including wharfage, tonnage, berth hire, security, area hire, tanker inspection and water supply to ships.
Reference Tariff Schedule means the schedule attached to Aurizon Network’s Access Undertaking which includes the Reference Tariffs and the details of the application of the Reference Tariffs for a particular Reference Train Service;

Examples of Reference Tariff Schedule in a sentence

  • Where such date is prior to the date when the renewed or varied Reference Tariff Schedule relevant to the Train Services is published or otherwise advised (“Advice Date”), then the Parties will account to one another accordingly for the period between the Review Date and the Advice Date.

  • Where such date is prior to the date when the renewed or varied Reference Tariff Schedule and/or renewed or varied Take or Pay methodology relevant to the Train Services are published or otherwise advised (“Advice Date”), then the Parties will account to one another accordingly for the period between the Review Date and the Advice Date.

More Definitions of Reference Tariff Schedule

Reference Tariff Schedule means the schedule attached to Queensland Rail’s Access Undertaking which includes the Reference Tariffs and the details of the application of the Reference Tariffs for a particular Reference Train Service;
Reference Tariff Schedule means the VPCM Reference Tariff Schedule, as amended from time to time and published on the VPCM Website.
Reference Tariff Schedule means the current PV Reference Tariff Schedule, as amended from time to time and published on the PV Website.

  • Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides.
