Regular Leave definition

Regular Leave for the purpose of the L.T.C means and includes all kinds or Leave, such as Maternity Leave, Extra-Ordinary Leave, Earned Leave. Medical Leave, but does not include Casual Leave.
Regular Leave. The Caregiver is entitled to hours of regular leave for the twelve month period beginning on the Commencement Date of this Agreement, and each twelve month period thereafter. Leave may be taken for any reason, but it must be requested in writing to the Employer of Record at least ten days in advance and must be approved in writing by the Employer of Record before it may be taken. Unused regular leave cannot be carried over from year to year.
Regular Leave means and includes earned leave and Casual Leave.

Examples of Regular Leave in a sentence

  • Regular - Regular Leave of Absence is granted in cases where the student demonstrates good cause (e.g. illness, temporary departure from the university for employment, family issues, financial need, personal circumstances).

Related to Regular Leave

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
