Regulatory Charges definition

Regulatory Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.
Regulatory Charges means reliability charges, such as Reliability Must Run and Must Run Alternatives, which may be necessary to provide voltage support, capacity, energy, stability or management of localized transmission constraints. Such charges will be assigned to Customer by ENGIE in its commercially reasonable discretion.
Regulatory Charges is defined in Section 4.6 (Taxes and Regulatory Charges).

Examples of Regulatory Charges in a sentence

  • If there is a Regulatory Change which causes Seller to incur new or modified fees, costs or charges (“Regulatory Charges”), Seller reserves the right to pass through the Regulatory Charges to Customer without markup.

More Definitions of Regulatory Charges

Regulatory Charges means any and all charges that are imposed on the use of electric vehicle charging stations by applicable state and federal regulatory authorities.
