Reimbursement Certificate definition

Reimbursement Certificate means a Reimbursement Certificate as set forth in Article VI the form of which is attached as Exhibit D.

Examples of Reimbursement Certificate in a sentence

  • The District shall not reimburse Developer for CID Reimbursable Project Costs until the Reimbursement Certificate has been approved (as described in Section 4.3) and until sufficient CID Sales Tax Revenue has been collected and is available for payment to Developer.

  • The District shall not disburse any of the CID Sales Tax Revenues for CID Reimbursable Project Costs until the City has approved the Reimbursement Certificate, as defined in Section 4.3, and in accordance with the approved annual Budget.

Reimbursement Certificate means a certificate submitted by the Company in accordance with Clause 5.3 (Reimbursement Claim) in the form of Part 1 (Form of Reimbursement Certificate) of Schedule 2 (Reimbursement Certificate and Construction Contractor’s Receipt) or such other form as may be agreed between the Facility Agent and the Company.   • Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment].
