Reimbursement Term definition

Reimbursement Term means the ten (10) year period beginning on January 1, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2025. The City’s reporting and reimbursement on taxable sales shall be on a calendar year basis for each of the ten years.

  • During the Reimbursement Term, the County shall disburse Transportation Funds to the MSD to reimburse the MSD for Reimbursable Project Costs, up to the Maximum Reimbursable Amount for the Project, all on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

  • If upon expiration of the Reimbursement Term, the County has not disbursed to the MSD the Maximum Reimbursable Amount, then all such undisbursed Transportation Funds may be used by the County as the County deems appropriate.

Reimbursement Term as used herein means the period during which Agency is obligated to make payments to the Developer to the extent set forth in this Public-Private Feasibility Agreement.
