Reimbursement Term definition

Reimbursement Term means the tax years 2015 through 2033.
Reimbursement Term as used herein means the period during which Agency is obligated to make payments to the Developer to the extent set forth in this Public-Private Feasibility Agreement.
Reimbursement Term means the ten (10) year period beginning on January 1, 2016 and ending on January 1, 2026. The issuance of the C.O. for the Project is projected to be 4th Quarter, 2015. Thus, the reporting and reimbursement on taxable sales for calendar years of 2016 and 2026 will be pro-rated accordingly and as follows: Four (4) months for calendar year 2015 and four (8) months for calendar year 2025, ending on 4th Quarter, 2026.

  • Participant agrees that it will not cooperate with any person, group, or municipality in any effort to remove, deannex, disconnect, or disincorporate the Site or any portion thereof from the City during the Reimbursement Term.

  • The Agency, at its sole discretion, may withhold payment of the Reimbursement for the final year of the Reimbursement Term until such date as Participant can no longer appeal or contest the assessed value of Participant’s property within the Site.

  • The EPA reviewed EPAAR clause 1552.211–73, Level of Effort—Cost- Reimbursement Term Contract, to make the clause more prescriptive in describing the EPA’s responsibilities when the Agency orders less level of effort (LOE) than the maximum LOE specified in the subject clause; e.g., if the clause specifies 100,000 hours for a given period of performance but the contractor only provides 70,000 hours.

  • Tax differential reimbursement is dependent on the development of property and increment being generated, and projects that do not generate sufficient tax differential during the Reimbursement Term will not qualify for the full tax i differential reimbursement amount.

  • The County shall have no obligation to accept a Request for Disbursement or to make a disbursement of Transportation Funds to the MSD after expiration of the Reimbursement Term.

  • Additionally, following expiration of the Reimbursement Term, the County may, in its sole discretion, reallocate any remaining and undisbursed Transportation Funds (for which a Request for Disbursement has not been submitted and is not pending) toward other projects within Salt Lake County.

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Agreement Termination Date is defined in Section 7.4.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

  • Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2 below.

  • Parent Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(b).

  • Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government and any other non-government funded third party payor programs.
