Related Party Payments definition

Related Party Payments means any and all amounts owed by any Person to any of its equityholders, directors or officers or any of their respective Affiliates (other than the Company and its direct or indirect Subsidiaries or parent entities), other than any amounts owed to such Persons in their capacity as an employee of any Group Company.

More Definitions of Related Party Payments

Related Party Payments means the excess of: (a) any fees or any other costs paid or payable to or for the account or benefit of any Affiliated Entities for work, materials or services, over (b) the amount of such fees or costs which would be payable to unrelated parties in an arms-length transaction for the same or equivalent work, materials or services.
