Related Shares definition

Related Shares means Class P Shares received by a holder of Class A Shares upon conversion of such holder’s Class A Shares as the result of the occurrence of a Mandatory Conversion Date for the series corresponding to such holder’s Class A Shares.

Related Shares. ’ means the shares in a company, the market value of which shares is increased by any arrangement;

• The "Related Shares" means the number of Purchased Shares acquired with the proceeds of the remaining principal amount of the loan at the date of termination of employment.

• In this regard, you acknowledge having read and specifically approve the following sections of the Award Agreement and this Appendix I, as applicable: (i) Vesting; (ii) Termination; (iii) Settlement of Vested RSUs; (iv) Forfeiture of Unvested RSUs Upon the Transfer of Related Shares; (v) Taxes; (vi) No Guarantee of Continued Service; (vii) Acknowledgment of Nature of Award; (viii) Data Privacy; and (ix) Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Waiver of Jury Trial.

Related Shares in respect of a Loan means the Shares which were allocated to a Participant at the time that Loan was made to that Participant and which were paid for from the proceeds of that Loan.
