Related Water definition

Related Water means Desalinated water in the Sultanate of Oman which is combined or co-located with the electricity sector and which is regulated by the Sector Law;
Related Water means Desalinated water in the Sultanate of Oman which is combined or co-located with the electricity Generation and Desalinated water from Desalination Facilities of a Special Nature which is regulated by the Sector Law;

  • Each Trading Party shall co-operate with the other Trading Parties in connection with the provision of Transfer Reads under this Section 5.3.4. In particular, each Trading Party that is responsible for a Related Water Supply Meter shall carry out and submit a Transfer Read when requested to do so by the Incoming Licensed Provider.

  • The City shall provide Related Water Services to all Customers at the same level, frequency, and quality of service.

Related to Related Water

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Potable water means water which meets the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604 for drinking, culinary, and domestic purposes.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.
