Relative TSR Rank definition

Relative TSR Rank means the rank order of the TSR Peer Group Companies and the Company from the highest TSR to the lowest TSR, based on each company’s TSR over the Performance Period.
Relative TSR Rank means the Company’s TSR compared to the TSR of a comparator group (either the Peer Group or REIT Index Group), calculated as follows: (a) rank the companies in the comparator group (excluding the Company) from highest to lowest TSR, with the company with the highest TSR being assigned the rank of 1. (b) calculate the percentile rank of (i) the company in the comparator group with the TSR closest to, but greater than, the Company’s TSR (the “Above Company”), and (ii) the company in the comparator group with the TSR closest to, but less than, the Company’s TSR, using the equation below (the “Below Company”): where “N” equals the total number of companies in the comparator group and “R” is the company’s ranking within the comparison group. (c) calculate the Company’s Relative TSR Rank using the equation below: where “Pabove” and “TSRabove” equals the percentile rank and TSR, respectively, for the Above Company, Pbelow” and “TSRbelow” equals the percentile rank and TSR, respectively, for the Below Company, and TSRIIPR equals the Company’s TSR. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if (i) the Company’s TSR exceeds the TSR of the comparator group company that ranked “1,” then the Company’s Relative TSR Rank will equal 100% with respect to such comparator group, and (ii) if the Company’s TSR is less than the TSR of the comparator group company that ranked last, then the Company’s Relative TSR Rank with respect to such comparator group will equal 0%.
Relative TSR Rank means the Total Shareholder Return of the Stock and the Total Shareholder Return of the common stock of each of the Peer Group Companies ranked in descending order. Relative TSR Rank shall be expressed as a number from one to seven with the number one (1) representing the highest Relative TSR Rank and seven (7) the lowest.

Examples of Relative TSR Rank in a sentence

  • Payouts will be interpolated if the Relative TSR attained falls between the Relative TSR Rank percentiles specified in the table, and will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of Shares.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Performance Measurement Date” means the date on or preceding your employment termination date as of which the Company most recently received a report from its third-party advisors indicating its Relative TSR Rank determined in accordance with Exhibit A; provided that, the Company shall receive such report no less frequently than annually.

  • The Company’s Average Relative TSR Rank for the Performance Period is determined by taking the numeric average of (a) the Company’s Relative TSR Rank calculated using the Peer Group as the comparator group and (b) the Company’s Relative TSR Rank calculated using the REIT Index Group as the comparator group.

  • Any Units that do not vest as a result of the Company’s Average Relative TSR Rank, or that are prevented from vesting as a result of the application of the Value Cap, shall automatically and without further action be cancelled and forfeited by Participant, and Participant shall have no further right or interest in or with respect to such portion of the Award or such Units.

  • If the Committee determines that the common stock of a successor cannot or should not be substituted for the common stock of a Peer Group Company that has ceased to be publicly traded, then Relative TSR Rank of such Peer Group Company shall be based on Total Sharehold Return of such common stock as of the date that such common stock ceases to be publicly traded.

  • If the Committee substitutes the common stock of a successor, the Total Shareholder Return of such successor common stock shall determine its Relative TSR Rank.

More Definitions of Relative TSR Rank

Relative TSR Rank means, the rank order (including Hyatt) of the 20-trading day average stock price prior to the beginning of the Performance Period, compared with last 20-trading day average, with dividends re-invested of each Peer Group Company over the Performance Period.

Relative TSR Rank means the rank order of the TSR Peer Group Companies and the Company from the highest TSR to the lowest TSR, based on each company’s TSR over the Performance Period. “Total Managed and Franchised Rooms” means the number of managed and franchised rooms disclosed in a company’s publicly issued press release or report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or similar regulatory authority to report quarterly and/or annual results. “TSR Peer Group Companies” means, for the Performance Period, Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., Marriott International, Inc., InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., and Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. “TSR” means, with respect to any company, the quotient obtained by dividing (i) such company’s Final Stock Price, plus per share dividends over the Performance Period (assuming reinvestment in such company’s common stock as of the applicable ex-dividend date), less the company’s Initial Stock Price, divided by (ii) such company’s Initial Stock Price. “Variable Compensation” means accounting expenses reflected in Adjusted EBITDA for (i) the Hyatt Hotels Corporation Annual Incentive Plan, (ii) the Hyatt Hotels Corporation Executive Incentive Plan, (iii) the Hyatt Hotels Corporation Development Incentive Plan, (iv) ALG Annual Incentive Plan, (v) ALG Development Incentive Plan, and (vi) other cash incentive awards.

Related to Relative TSR Rank

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return means for the Incentive Period the Total Shareholder Return of the Company compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Group, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit C.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments. Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • ROIC means Return on Invested Capital and represents a ratio of Adjusted net income to Average Invested Capital. The Company believes this is a useful profitability measure as it excludes non-cash expenses (income) from both the numerator and denominator.

  • Cumulative EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of the Company from the Existing Notes Issue Date to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Target Value shall have the meaning stated in Section 7.2 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Adjusted EBITDA Margin means Adjusted EBITDA divided by operating revenue;

  • Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.
