Examples of Release Party in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (A) this release shall not extend to and expressly excludes any Claims other than the Oz Released Claims, each of which is hereby expressly preserved, and (B) no Oz Release Party who is currently an employee, officer, manager, partner and/or director of the Company or any member of the Oz Group (or the predecessors thereof) shall cease to be an Oz Release Party should they cease to serve in such position for any reason.

Related to Release Party

  • Responsible Party means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing personal information, as defined in POPI.

  • Third-Party Release means the release given by each of the Releasing Parties to the Released Parties as set forth in Article VIII.E of the Plan.
