Released Settling Parties means (i) Defendant, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, (ii) the Plan, (iii) every person who was a director, officer, governor, management committee member, in-house counsel, employee, or agent of Defendant and any of its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, (iv) any trustee or fiduciary (including de facto fiduciaries) for the Plan, together with any present or former representatives, insurers, reinsurers, consultants, administrators, representatives, attorneys, employee benefit plans, investment advisors, investment underwriters, and spouses, (v) the Plan’s recordkeeper and trustee as well as any other service providers, consultants or advisors to the Plan or to any Plan fiduciary, and (vi) with respect to (i) through (v) above their past, present and future members of their respective boards of directors, managers, partners, agents, members, shareholders (in their capacity as such), officers, employees, independent contractors, representatives, attorneys, administrators, fiduciaries, accountants, auditors, advisors, consultants, personal representatives, spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, associates, employee benefit plan fiduciaries (with the exception of the Independent Fiduciary), employee benefit plan administrators, and all other service providers to the Plan (including their owners and employees), members of their immediate families, consultants, subcontractors, and all persons acting under, by, through, or in concert with any of them.
Released Settling Parties means (i) Costco Wholesale Corporation and its current and former subsidiaries and affiliates, (ii) all current and former members of the Costco Benefits Committee, (iii) all current and former members of the Costco Wholesale Corporation Board of Directors and/or its committees, (iv) every person who is or was a director, officer, governor, management committee member, in- house counsel, employee, or agent of Costco Wholesale Corporation and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, and (v) any and all current or former trustees, investment advisers, service providers, consultants, advisors, recordkeepers, and fiduciaries (including de facto fiduciaries, but not including the Independent Fiduciary) for the Plan, together with any of their present or former representatives, insurers, reinsurers, consultants, administrators, representatives, attorneys, employee benefit plans, consultants, advisors, investment advisers, investment underwriters, and spouses.

Released Settling Parties means Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America - College Retirement Equities Fund, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, College Retirement Equities Fund, TIAA-CREF Investment Management, LLC, Teachers Advisors, Inc., TIAA-CREF Individual and Institutional Services, LLC, and any and all of their current or former parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, predecessors and successors, as well as any of their current or former officers, directors, trustees, overseers, employees, agents, attorneys, insurers, reinsurers, auditors, accountants, committees, fiduciaries, administrators, actuaries, representatives, retained experts, and natural person trustees.

Related to Released Settling Parties

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Settling Party means any one of, and “Settling Parties” means all of, the parties to the Stipulation, namely Defendants and Plaintiffs (on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class).

  • Company Released Parties means the Company and any of its past or present employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, administrators, officials, directors, shareholders, divisions, parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, employee benefit plans, and the sponsors, fiduciaries, or administrators of the Company’s employee benefit plans.
