Relief nurse definition
Relief nurse is defined as a nurse scheduled at least one (1) regular shift 9 eight (8) hours per month, but less than forty (40) hours per pay period. For relief 10 nurses working in departments with scheduled call, a relief nurse also must take at least 11 one (1) call shift per month.
