Relocating Party definition

Relocating Party shall have the definition set forth in the Article entitled Relocation.
Relocating Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1. “Remainco” shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble. “Remainco Asset Transferee” shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement. “Remainco Board” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals. “Remainco Group” shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Relocating Party shall have the definition set forth in the Article 10.1.

Examples of Relocating Party in a sentence

  • The Relocating Party agrees that no request for reimbursement from the other party shall be requested unless the other party's proportional amount of the Relocation Costs for such project exceeds ****.

  • The Relocating Party shall deliver to the other party updated as-built drawings as set forth in Exhibit D with respect to any relocated portion of its System not later than one hundred eighty (180) days following the completion of such relocation.

  • In the event that a third party (which does not have an interest in the fibers on the Cable) reimburses the Relocating Party for all of or a portion of the cost to relocate the Relocating Party's System, then this reimbursement amount shall reduce on a dollar for dollar basis the aggregate amount of Relocation Costs deemed to have been spent by the Relocating Party under this Article.

  • If Remainco and Spinco agree that the Relocating Party must secure an alternative location, the selection and implementation of such location shall be at the Relocating Party’s sole cost and expense.

Related to Relocating Party

  • Initiating Party shall have the meaning set forth in Article 13.

  • Terminating Party As defined in Section 7.1(f).

  • Relocation refers to the movement of an employee from one geographic location to another;

  • Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.

  • Providing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Billing Party means the Party rendering a bill.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Originating Party means the party within whose jurisdiction an application or registration is made or required.

  • Designating Party means the Party or non-party that designates Documents, Testimony, or Information as Confidential Material.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Relocation Costs means costs incurred in the relocation of the furniture, fixtures, equip- ment, machinery and supplies, including, but not limited to, the cost of dismantling and reassembling equipment and the cost of floor preparation necessary for the reassembly of the equipment. Relocation costs include only such costs that are incurred during the ninety-day period immediately following the commencement of the relocation to an eli- gible premises. Relocation costs do not include costs for structural or capital improve- ments or items purchased in connection with the relocation.

  • Requesting Party As defined in Section 3.27(a).

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • complaining Party means any Party that requests the establishment of an arbitration panel under Article 3.5 (Initiation of the Arbitration Procedure);

  • Performing Party As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.
