Remaining Premises definition

Remaining Premises means the Related Premises which are not Affected Premises under Paragraph 18.
Remaining Premises. ’ means any Premises that Landlord continues to own after a Total Loss.
Remaining Premises means all areas of the Premises not included in the Premises leased to the Corporation by the Landlord pursuant to this Lease.

Examples of Remaining Premises in a sentence

  • Upon the completion of such purchase, this Lease and all obligations and liabilities of Tenant hereunder with respect to the applicable Related Premises (but not with respect to the Remaining Premises) shall terminate, except any Surviving Obligations.

  • The Lease Term with respect to the Expansion Premises shall commence on the date hereof and shall expire on July 31, 2010, concurrently with the expiration of the Term of the Lease with respect to the Remaining Premises, unless sooner terminated or extended pursuant to the provisions of the Lease.

  • Tenant acknowledges that it is in possession of the Remaining Premises and agrees to accept them “as is” without any representation by Landlord regarding their configuration or condition and without any obligation on the part of Landlord to perform or pay for any alteration or improvement, except as may be otherwise expressly provided in this Amendment.

  • If Tenant timely delivers the Expansion Notice, Landlord and Tenant shall execute an amendment to the Lease incorporating the Released D2 Premises into the Premises upon the terms contained in the Lease (including without limitation providing for a Base Rent equal to the Base Rent per rsf of the D2 Remaining Premises and a term that is coterminous with the Lease) within ten (10) business days following Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a form therefor.

  • For purposes of Section 1938 of the California Civil Code, Landlord hereby discloses to Tenant, and Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Common Areas, the Existing Premises, the Remaining Premises and the Give-Back Space have not undergone inspection by a Certified Access Specialist (CASp).


More Definitions of Remaining Premises

Remaining Premises means the Remaining Premises defined in Clause 10.16(iii).
Remaining Premises means the Premises, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to this Eleventh Amendment, less any applicable Recapture Portion(s) previously recaptured in accordance with a Recapture Notice as of the date of such determination.

Remaining Premises means that portion of the Building located on the first floor designated as Suite 150 described on the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 1.1.6 "Rentable Area of the Premises" means 8,388 rentable square feet; consisting of 2,364 rentable square feet in the Initial Premises and 5,024 rentable square feet in the Remaining Premises. 1.1.7 "Initial Term" means a period of three (3) years plus the part of a month mentioned in Section 3.1, commencing on the Initial Premises Commencement Date and ending as provided in Section 3.1.
