Remedial Costs shall include all costs, liabilities expenses and fees incurred on or after the date of this Agreement in connection with Remedial Action, including but not limited to: (i) the fees of environmental consultants and contractors; (ii) reasonable attorneys' fees (including compensation for in-house and corporate counsel provided such compensation does not exceed customary rates for comparable services); (iii) the costs associated with the preparation of reports, and laboratory analysis (including charges for expedited results if reasonably necessary); (iv) regulatory, permitting and review fees; (v) costs of soil and/or water treatment (including groundwater monitoring) and/or transport and disposal; and (iv) the cost of supplies, equipment, material and utilities used in connection with Remedial Action.
Remedial Costs means those costs, incurred by Respondents, relating directly to the administration of measures to remedy conduct of Respondents in violation of this Order.
Remedial Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.7.
Examples of Remedial Costs in a sentence
Any Remedial Costs shall be reimbursed to Contractor by Subcontractor within ten (10) days of Subcontractor’s receipt of Contractor’s invoice for such Remedial Costs.
The Amended Sitewide CFDs shall be dedicated solely to the foregoing operation and Remedial Costs and Infrastructure Costs.
Buyer, at its discretion, may offset Remedial Costs against any payments owing Vendor.
The Municipality may, prior to recovering by action or adding to the tax roll, invoice the Owner by requesting voluntary payment of said Remedial Costs and administrative fee.
Proponent agrees to pay Powerlink the Total Costs, Costs for Network Support Services and Remedial Costs in accordance with clause 6.2 (“Payment terms”).
More Definitions of Remedial Costs
Remedial Costs means Site Costs other than AOC Costs.
Remedial Costs means all monetary expense incurred by the Municipality during and throughout the process of Remedial Action, including interest charges as to be determined from time to time by the Municipality commencing on the day the Municipality incurs the Remedial Costs and ending on the day the Remedial Costs including interest are paid in full.
Remedial Costs means the costs associated with “remedial actions” as that term is defined by RCW 70.105D.020(21), including, but not limited to the costs of conducting a remedial investigation, developing a feasibility study, designing a remedy, negotiating necessary and appropriate agency orders, constructing a remedy, operating and maintaining the remedy and not including natural resource damages.

Remedial Costs means all Response Costs incurred in connection with the Remedial Action, as defined above, from the dates of signature of the respective records of decision for the first and second operable units at the New Bedford Harbor Site, but excluding any increase in costs resulting from any amendments to the RODs (as hereafter defined) within the meaning of 40 C.F.R. § 300.435 (c) (2) (ii) .

The term "Remedial Costs" shall mean any and all funds or payments reasonably expended by the Buyer or the Seller in order to conduct Remedial Work. 1.13 Remedial Work: The term "Remedial Work" shall mean any work performed by the Buyer or the Seller pursuant to, in accordance with, and only to the extent required by any law, statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, directive or other similar provision established by applicable law, including, without limitation, Environmental Laws, in order to investigate, evaluate, treat and/or clean up any Hazardous Materials Disposed of, discharged or released at the Facilities as of the Closing Date (as hereinafter defined). For purposes of this Agreement, Remedial Work shall include, but not be limited to, response or remedial actions under CERCLA, the Pennsylvania Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act and sections 3004(u), 3008(h) and 7003 of RCRA. Remedial Work shall also include any such work, response or remedial actions required to allow the Buyer to make use of, modify, expand or add to the operations at the Facilities consistent with their current use. Any actions taken as a result of the environmental site conditions identified in Schedule 1.13 hereto shall also constitute Remedial Work. In no event shall replacement of or repair of the Facilities' sewer systems be considered Remedial Work.
