Renewed Term definition

Renewed Term has the meaning given in clause 1.
Renewed Term means any agreed renewal of an Initial Period.
Renewed Term means the period of time stipulated in Clause 7.1.

Examples of Renewed Term in a sentence

  • The expiration or termination of the Term of Employment or Renewed Term of Employment, if any, shall not impair the rights or obligations of any party hereto which shall have accrued hereunder prior to such expiration.

  • The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall apply and govern each Renewed Term.

More Definitions of Renewed Term

Renewed Term means as set out in clause 4.8.
