Rent Rolls definition

Rent Rolls shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(g).

Rent Rolls means the rent rolls for the Properties delivered by Borrower to Lender in connection with the Loan.

Rent Rolls means the collection of separate reports, all of which are attached hereto as Exhibit G and dated as of June 30, 2014 (or such other date as set forth on the applicable report), including rent rolls, any supplements to the rent rolls, delinquency reports, and the report(s) of currently effective concessions (the “Concessions Report”), if any. Such Rent Rolls attached hereto as Exhibit G, as updated to a date not more than five days prior to the Closing Date, are and will be, in all material respects, accurate and complete rent rolls describing the following information with respect to the Tenant Leases in effect for each Project as of the date thereof - the name of each tenant, the home site occupied by each tenant, currently effective rental concessions, monthly base rent, the type of passed through expenses or other charges paid by each tenant, delinquencies in rent, and deposits and prepaid rent or credits of any tenant. Except as disclosed in the Rent Rolls attached hereto as Exhibit G, as the same may be updated to a date not more than five days prior to the Closing Date, or except as set forth on attached Schedule 7.1(a) attached hereto, and to the knowledge of Contributor as of July 19, 2014: (i) each Tenant Lease is in full force and effect, (ii) no Tenant Leases are in monetary default, and (iii) neither Contributor nor any Property Owner has received any written notice of a material default by such Property Owner under the Tenant Leases that remains uncured (excluding counterclaims asserted by a tenant in response to an eviction, collection or repossession action brought against such tenant by such Property Owner and excluding claims that Contributor reasonably believes are not valid); and (iv) there are no currently effective concessions that have been granted to the tenants with respect to the Tenant Leases. Except for the leases described in subclauses (A), (C), and (E) in the definition of Continuing Restricted Leases (as defined below) and the One Month Free Leases, none of the Tenant Leases at any of the Projects have a term that is greater than one (1) year.

Examples of Rent Rolls in a sentence

• All Buildings or Office Parks in excess of 250,000 square feet as recorded in the BOMA’s Standard of Measurements and The Building Rent Rolls shall be staffed at no less than 80% full time cleaners.

• Attached hereto collectively as Exhibit "C" to this Agreement are the Rent Rolls, which are true, correct and complete in all material aspects.

• The amount of all unapplied tenant security deposits, any accrued interest due tenants thereon, unpaid rent concessions due under any Lease, unpaid tenant improvement allowances owing under any Lease and the amount of any other credits due tenants shall be credited to Buyer based on a rental statement prepared by Seller and approved by Buyer (which statement must be consistent with the Leases, the estoppel certificates and the final Rent Rolls).

• All Rent Rolls delivered pursuant to this Agreement are true, correct, and complete (and include all modifications thereto) in all material respects as of the date thereof.

• False Rent Rolls and Fictitious Tenants KLARCHEK fraudulently inflated the rental income of Sterling Estates.

More Definitions of Rent Rolls

Rent Rolls shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.3.

Rent Rolls shall refer to the information schedules attached as Exhibit E to this Agreement pertaining to the Leases.

Rent Rolls means the rent rolls attached hereto as Exhibit G.

Rent Rolls means, with respect to Tenant Leases and Affiliated Entity Leases, the rent rolls attached hereto as Schedule B(118), each reflecting with respect to such Tenant Leases and Affiliated Entity Leases, the name of each Tenant thereunder, the square footage leased thereunder, the amounts of any and all tenant deposits (including, any and all Tenant Deposits), the Rentals thereunder, a Rentals payment schedule (including an aging schedule with respect thereto and including any and all concessions, abatements and/or adjustments), each certified, executed and delivered pursuant to Section 8(b) hereof.

Rent Rolls shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(f) hereof.

Rent Rolls has the meaning specified in Section 3.17.
