If you believe that the landlord has failed to ensure that the house meets the Repairing Standard at all times during the tenancy, you have the right to apply to the Private Rented Housing Panel (PRHP).
The PRHP may reject the application; consider whether the case can be resolved by us (the Tenant and Landlord) ourselves (for example, by agreeing to mediation); or refer your application to a Private Rented Housing Committee (PRHC) for consideration.
