Repair Schedule of Work definition

Repair Schedule of Work means the Repair Schedule of Work attached as Exhibit X. The following changes are made to the Loan Agreement which precedes this Rider:
Repair Schedule of Work means the Repair Schedule of Work attached as Exhibit C (as amended) pursuant to the terms of this Loan Agreement.
Repair Schedule of Work means the Repair Schedule of Work in Section 1.03.

  • All disbursements from the Repair Reserve Fund will be limited to the costs of those items set forth on the Repair Schedule of Work.

  • Without the prior written consent of Lender, Borrower will not make any payments from the Repair Reserve Fund other than for the costs of those items set forth on the Repair Schedule of Work or alter the Repair Schedule of Work.

  • If required by Lender, a certificate signed by the professional engineer employed by Lender to the effect that the Repairs have been completed in a good and workmanlike manner in compliance with the Repair Schedule of Work and all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances and other rules and regulations promulgated by applicable regulatory or Governmental Authority.

  • However, at Lender’s option, in Lender’s Discretion, Borrower will enter into a formal amendment to the Repair Schedule of Work to more fully set forth the Radon Remediation and the Radon Remediation Completion Date.

  • If required by Xxxxxx, a certificate signed by the professional engineer employed by Xxxxxx to the effect that the Repairs have been completed in a good and workmanlike manner in compliance with the Repair Schedule of Work and all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances and other rules and regulations promulgated by applicable regulatory or Governmental Authorities.

  • If required by Funding Lender, a certificate signed by the professional engineer employed by Funding Lender to the effect that the Repairs have been completed in a good and workmanlike manner in compliance with the Repair Schedule of Work and all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances and other rules and regulations promulgated by applicable regulatory or Governmental Authorities.

  • Borrower must commence and complete the Repairs identified in the Repair Schedule of Work (located in Section 1.03) pursuant to this Section 4.03 and Section 6.14.

  • If one or more Repair Reserve Deposits is marked required in Section 1.03, then on the Closing Date, Borrower will deposit the amount or amounts set forth in Section 1.03 into the Repair Reserve Fund to be used for the completion of the applicable Repairs as identified on the Repair Schedule of Work in Section 1.03.

  • However, in Funding Lender’s Discretion, Funding Lender may require Borrower to enter into a formal amendment to the Repair Schedule of Work to more fully set forth the Radon Remediation and the Radon Remediation Completion Date.

Related to Repair Schedule of Work

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
