After such date as the amount of Pledged Revenues on deposit in the Repayment Fund shall be sufficient to pay in full the principal of and interest on the Notes, when due, any moneys in excess of such amount remaining in or accruing to the Repayment Fund shall be transferred to the general fund of the District or otherwise as directed by the Authorized Officer.
All Pledged Revenues shall be deposited into the Repayment Fund upon receipt.
On the Maturity Date of the Notes, the moneys in the Repayment Fund shall be used, to the extent necessary, to pay the principal of and interest on the Notes.
The Treasurer and Tax Collector is directed to deposit all Pledged Revenues subject to deposit as provided in this Section 5(D) when and as received directly into the Repayment Fund, without further instruction by the District.
Moneys in the Repayment Fund, to the greatest extent possible, shall be invested in Permitted Investments (as defined in the Trust Agreement) as directed by the Treasurer and Tax Collector or by the Authorized Officer in consultation with the Los Angeles County Office of Education.
