REPORT TO CONGRESS. When the FCC’s DIB has approved this Agreement, the FCC will submit copies of it to the appropriate Committees of Congress for review, as required by 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(2)(A)(i).
REPORT TO CONGRESS. On issuance of the final decision on the hearing proposals, the Secretary shall report the decision to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate.
REPORT TO CONGRESS. Not later than 2 years after November 8, 2007, and every year thereafter, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report detailing the follow- ing:
(1) The number of partnership agreements signed by district engineers and the number of partnership agreements signed by the Sec- retary.
(2) For any partnership agreement signed by the Secretary, an explanation of why delega- tion to the district engineer was not appro- priate.
REPORT TO CONGRESS. Not later than 90 days after the last day of each fiscal year (beginning with the first such fiscal year ending after the date of the enactment of this subsection), the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Finance of the Senate a report with respect to qualified tax collection contracts under this section which shall include-
(1) annually, with respect to such fiscal year-
(A) the total number and amount of tax receivables provided to each contractor for collection under this section,
(B) the total amounts collected (and amounts of installment agreements entered into under subsection (b)(1)(B) ) with respect to each contractor and the collection costs incurred (directly and indirectly) by the Internal Revenue Service with respect to such amounts,
(C) the impact of such contracts on the total number and amount of unpaid assessments, and on the number and amount of assessments collected by Internal Revenue Service personnel after initial contact by a contractor,
(D) the amount of fees retained by the Secretary under subsection (e) and a description of the use of such funds, and
(E) a disclosure safeguard report in a form similar to that required under section 6103(p)(5) , and
(2) biannually (beginning with the second report submitted under this subsection)-
(A) an independent evaluation of contractor performance, and
(B) a measurement plan that includes a comparison of the best practices used by the private collectors to the collection techniques used by the Internal Revenue Service and mechanisms to identify and capture information on successful collection techniques used by the contractors that could be adopted by the Internal Revenue Service.
REPORT TO CONGRESS. The Secretary of the Treasury shall include, in the detailed accounting re- quired by section 2018(c) of the International Narcotics Control Act of 1986 (22 U.S.C. 2191 note) [section 2018(c) of Pub. L. 99–570 set out below], relating to multilateral development bank assistance for drug eradication and crop substitution programs, an additional discussion of the steps taken and the progress made in implementing the goals set forth in subsection (b) of this section, and further steps needed to secure the achievement of these goals.
REPORT TO CONGRESS. The Secretary of Health, Education, and Wel- fare shall report to the Congress the terms of the agreement for such transfer. (Pub. L. 87–262, § 1, Sept. 21, 1961, 75 Stat. 542.)
REPORT TO CONGRESS. Twenty-four months after the initial one hundred and eighty day period set forth in paragraph (1), and at the end of each twenty- four-month period thereafter, the Secretary, the Director, and the Administrator shall, re- port to the Congress on the status of the con- servation plan and provide an evaluation of the effectiveness of the plan in meeting the goal of this section. (a) Matching grants
REPORT TO CONGRESS. On a determination by the receiver for the Corporation that there are insufficient assets of the receivership to pay all valid claims against the receivership, the receiver shall submit to the Secretary of the Treasury, the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report on the fi- nancial condition of the receivership.
REPORT TO CONGRESS. Not later than 1 year after October 21, 1992, the Secretary shall submit, in writing, a de- tailed schedule of actions and a progress re- port regarding the acquisition to—
(A) the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate;
(B) the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives; and
(C) the Committees on Appropriations of Congress.
REPORT TO CONGRESS. Before the end of the 1-year period beginning on August 9, 1989, the Attorney General and the Comptroller General shall submit a report to the Congress on the results of the study conducted pursuant to paragraph (1).
