The agency from which the 1531 information is requested may submit original reports, portions thereof, summaries, or such other 1532 configurations of information as will comply with the requirements of this section. 1533 3. To hear and determine all claims for awards filed with the Commission pursuant to this chapter, 1534 and to reinvestigate or reopen cases as the Commission deems necessary. 1535 4. To require and direct medical examination of victims.

  • Unusual Incident means incidents involving serious illness or accidents, death of an individual, injury or illness of an individual requiring inpatient or emergency hospitalization, suicide attempts, a fire requiring the services of a fire department, an act of physical aggression, or any incident requiring abuse investigation.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Technical violation means a noncriminal violation of the conditions of parole. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 905.7.

  • Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
