Repurchase Plan definition

Repurchase Plan means the program or programs established from time to time by the Board of Directors pursuant to which the Corporation voluntarily repurchases Shares from the holders thereof.
Repurchase Plan means the program or programs established from time to time by the Board pursuant to which the Trust voluntarily repurchases Common Shares from the holders thereof.
