Repurchase Shares definition

Repurchase Shares has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a).
Repurchase Shares has the meaning given to that term in subsection 4.1
Repurchase Shares means that number of shares of Common Stock equal to the quotient of the Repurchase Amount divided by the Option Per Share Price, such number to be rounded upwards to the nearest whole number.

More Definitions of Repurchase Shares

Repurchase Shares means the IFC Shares to be redeemed by IFC as specified in the Repurchase Notice, which shall be 100% of the IFC Shares as of the date of such Repurchase Notice.
Repurchase Shares means (i) the Vesting Shares and (ii) any equity securities issued or issuable directly or indirectly with respect to any of the securities referred to in clause (i) above by way of stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization. Such stock shall continue to be Repurchase Shares in the hands of any holder (except for the Company, the Investors and transferees in a Public Sale consummated in accordance with the Investor Rights Agreement), and except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of Repurchase Shares shall succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to Executive as a holder of Repurchase Shares hereunder. Repurchase Shares shall include both Vested and Unvested Repurchase Shares and shall include interests in the Company issued with respect to Repurchase Shares including, without limitation, by way of any recapitalization.
Repurchase Shares means 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock.

Repurchase Shares means all shares of Berkshire Hathaway Stock sold to CLF by Sub 1 pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof (whether pursuant to Section 2.3(c)(i) or 2.3(c)(vii)).
Repurchase Shares means the number of AerCap Shares to be sold by the Seller to AerCap hereunder, which shall equal the quotient of (rounded up to the next whole share) (a) $750,000,000 and (b) the least of (i) the Underwriters’ Price (provided that, to the extent that any AerCap Shares are sold by the Seller to a Person other than the underwriters in the Offering or AerCap in the Share Repurchase on the Closing Date at a price per share that is less than the Underwriters’ Price, such lower price per AerCap Share shall be used for purposes of this calculation), (ii) 104% of the last closing price of AerCap Shares, as reported on the New York Stock Exchange, prior to the time at which the first public announcement concerning the Offering is made by the Company, and (iii) 110% of the opening price of AerCap Shares on the date of this Agreement, as reported on the New York Stock Exchange.
