Request for Prequalification definition

Request for Prequalification or “RFPQ” means a Request for Information about Vendors to determine whether the Vendor has the capability to perform the contract requirements. The Request for Prequalification process is undertaken with a view to establishing a list of bidders eligible to Bid on future opportunities.

Request for Prequalification means a request by the Municipality preceding a Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation or a Request for Tender seeking submissions from potential Vendors where it is deemed that the nature and complexity of the work involved warrants the time and effort required to pre-select the most experienced and qualified Vendors.

Request for Prequalification s” or “RFPQ” means a process where information is requested from vendors to determine whether or not the vendor has the capability in all respects to perform the contract requirements. • All copies of documents submitted in response to this Request for Prequalification shall become the property of the Senate of Canada and will not be returned.
