Request Type 1 definition

Request Type 1. The first type of third party request is for modifications or additions to the CDOT transportation facility. Examples include, but are not limited to, bike and pedestrian paths or recreational facilities appurtenant or connected to the highway; pedestrian underpasses; or bridge structures.   • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Request for Tender (RFT means the document(s) containing or referring to the Conditions of Tendering and Contract, the Annexure, Special Conditions of Contract (if any), Northern Territory Procurement Code, Scope of Services, Response Schedules, Drawings or Diagrams (if any) and any other document issued for the purposes of inviting tenders for the Services.

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) means the process described in Attachment 08 – Bona Fide Request (BFR).

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

  • Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring filling with liquid and generating hydrogen gas that is released to the atmosphere.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.
