Required Library definition

Required Library means, as of any date of determination, the copyrights of the Companies that are based on or derived from those computer software programs or other technology of the Companies that at the time account for not less than 80% of the total amount of the net product and subscription revenues of the Parent and its Subsidiaries for the immediately preceding fiscal quarter.

Required Library has the meaning specified therefor in the Security Agreement.

Required Library means, as of any date of determination, the set or collection of copyrights used in connection with the videogame titles owned by Loan Parties that (i) constitute a Material Videogame Franchise and (ii) together with the Material Videogame Franchises, generated not less than 50% of the aggregate amount of consolidated revenues of Parent and its Subsidiaries during the 12 month period immediately preceding the date of determination, provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Required Library shall also include each Videogame Franchise that represents 5% or more of the aggregate amount of consolidated revenues of Parent and its Subsidiaries during the 12 month period immediately preceding the date of determination.

More Definitions of Required Library

Required Library has the meaning specified therefor in the Credit Agreement.

Required Library means, as of any date of determination, the set or collection of copyrights in the source code (excluding manuals or other similar documentation) for the software owned or exclusively licensed by any Loan Party which software generated not less than 90% of the aggregate amount of current revenues attributable to software owned or exclusively licensed by any Loan Party during the 12 month period immediately preceding the date of determination. For purposes of copyright registration such Required Library shall include all a.x releases of the software programs that comprise the Required Library.

Required Library means, as of any date of determination, those copyrights of Parent and Borrowers relating to pictorial works of Parent and Borrowers that were among the ten highest sellers in adult T-shirt sales (by unit) for the three month period immediately preceding the date of determination.

Required Library as of any date of determination, the Copyrights owned by any of the Grantors that are based on or derived from each of those software programs or other technology of any of the Grantors (other than custom software programs that are sold for a one-time fee or customized for a single customer) that in the aggregate, and on such date of determination, account for at least (i) 50% of the total amount of the net product, subscription and royalty revenues of the Loan Parties, and (ii) 90% of the total amount of revenues of the “printer imaging business” of the Loan Parties, in each case for the fiscal quarter period immediately preceding such date of determination.

Required Library means, as of any date of determination, the set or ---------------- collection of existing copyrights of Parent relating to the software of Parent that generated not less than 82.5% of the aggregate amount of current revenues arising from the licensing of Parent's software for the 3 month period immediately preceding the date of determination.

Required Library means the copyrights of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that are owned by Borrower or its Subsidiaries embedded in the Conventional and Affordable products under the Leasing & Rents product group within the OneSite® product family and the copyrights owned by Borrower or its Subsidiaries embedded in the Facilities product group within the OneSite® product family.
