Examples of Required Removal Exceptions in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Seller shall be required to Remove all Required Removal Exceptions at or prior to Closing.
If on the Closing Date there are any Required Removal Exceptions or any other Title Objections which Seller has elected in writing to pay and discharge, Seller may use any portion of the Purchase Price to satisfy the same, provided Seller shall cause the Title Company to Remove the same.
