Resale Products definition
Resale Products means products not manufactured by the Supplier or any of Supplier’s parent or subsidiary companies or for which the Supplier has no engineering and/or manufacturing responsibility.
Resale Products means any and all Drug Product, Bulk Drug Substance and/or Programme Deliverable commercially exploited by Advaxis which is produced by any Third Party Product Manufacturer;
Resale Products means any portion of the Equipment purchased by Seller from a third party for resale. If the Resale Products are subject to the manufacturer’s or other third party warranties, Seller hereby assigns to Customer all of Seller’s rights and remedies under such warranties to the extent that such rights and remedies are assignable.

Buyer agrees that Seller has no liability for Resale Products beyond making a reasonable commercial effort to arrange for procurement and shipping of the Resale Products.

Resale Products are those third-party products or services that may be offered or sold with EWI L3 Offerings. Resale Products are not manufactured or published by EWI L3 and may not be supported or serviced by EWI L3. Should EWI L3 assist End-User in procuring Resale Products, the third party, and not EWI L3, is responsible for any representations, warranties, obligations and offerings made by such third party.
